Refund policy

At Julius Ryan, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and flexible return process for eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in suitable original packaging where applicable.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Personalized products

How to Return an Item

Returning your order is simple:

1. Visit our Returns webpage and enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the item or items you wish to return.
3. Choose your reason for the return.
4. Print your prepaid return label.
5. Drop off your package at a designated carrier location.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the   original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item received was defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.

Free Returns

All eligible online orders qualify for free returns,  regardless of order value.
